Who we are
The AI SDK Reliability Audit is run by V Systems, Vendla, 1397 Nesøya, Norway (contact: jonathan.v.systems@gmail.com). We are the controller for the personal data described here.
What we process and why
- Your e-mail and name, to reply and deliver your files (to perform the service you ask for).
- Package names, versions and workflow lists you send, used only to run your audit.
- Payment details are handled by Polar, our merchant of record; we never see your card.
- Basic, cookie-free page statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits.
How long we keep it
Reports and raw data are deleted within 30 days of delivery. E-mail correspondence is kept as long as you are a customer and for the period bookkeeping law requires for invoices.
Where it is processed
In Norway (EEA) on our own systems, with e-mail through Google and payments through Polar. We do not sell data or use it to train models.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you may complain to Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority). Write to the address above.
